Objectives

It is intended that this course provides the basis for understanding European Litigation and fundamental rights recognized under European law, with students becoming aware of their general and fundamental principles.

Teaching methodologies and assessment

Lectures of materials and syllabus and its densification through the case study method.

Continuous valuation: 2 written tests of 1h30m hours (50% and 50%).
