The study of Family Law is essential for the formation of the jurist, making a constant appeal to the knowledge and application of the rules of this branch of Civil Law in various areas of work.

1 - Legal notion of the family 1.1 - family legal relations' sources; 1.2 - family law's sources. 2 - Marriage 2.1 - requirements; 2.2 - modalities; 2.3 - personal and patrimonial effects; 2.4. modification and termination of the marriage relationship. 3 - Filiation and adoption 4 - Children's Rights 4.1 - regulatory; 4.2 - of protection; 4.3 - educational tutelage.
Objectives
Students familiarization with family, affiliation and children's rights. Ability to recognize the specificities of family relationships and address their issues as legal professionals.
Teaching methodologies and assessment
Classes of exposure of materials and their densification by the method of the case study. Continuous assessment: two 2-hour written tests (weight: 40%, 60%). Assessment in accordance with ULP's General Regulation on Assessment.
