Objectives

1 - To portray the historical origin of Management and to frame it in the organizational scope.

2 - Identify, contextualize and analyze the basic functions of Management.

Teaching methodologies and assessment

The evaluation method is continuous, which means that each student will be evaluated based on these elements:

  • Two tests (without consultation) (25% each)
  • Case study (in group and without consultation) (20%: 30% oral + 70% written)
  • Working group (without consultation) (20%: 30% oral + 70% written)
  • Participation during class (10%)
