Urban Planning 2.1

Presentation

Reflection about the intervention in the city and urban existing territory, as a discipline aimed to improve their structure and  environmental patterns, witch planning exercise should inform on the results of the experimentation "as non-trivial machine capable of mediating the heuristic process of the recognition, strategic guidance and representation of the urban cultural state in which operates" (Bernardo Secchi, 1989).

The intervention in the city and territory naturally presupposes the understanding and correct interpretation of its rules and intrinsic characteristics, identifying the invariant factors of permanence and the modification levels inherent to their own facts and structures intervened.
