Presentation

Characterize different systems of training, according to the specific objectives and target audiences, methodologies and teaching methods used;

Understand and identify the main instruments in an efficient, effective and systematic training.

Develop diagnostic skills demonstrated by the students and the training of the relevant pedagogical aspects in their performance as formative agents.

Identify the guiding principles for the design and development of plans forming units

Objectives

Equip students with major analytical processes, essential to build a strategic perspective and dynamics of companies regarding the implementation of an integrated policy of Training in organizations;

Assess the importance of education in general and in the specific context of developmental contexts Human Resources Management;

Framing the Training Management in organizations;

Contribute to the development of skills for their design and implementation;

Understand the key differences between Training, Education and Education and build some points of contact between systems;

Draw basic plans of Management Training.

Teaching methodologies and assessment

About the methods of continuous assessment; 1 individual work, based on creating a training plan (about 10 pgs) in a organization (20%), will be held 2 autoscopies to be evaluated (60%) and will be evaluated the active participation in class (20%).
