A UC de recrutamento e seleção insere-se numa das principais atividades da gestão de recursos humanos. As suas áreas de intervenção vão desde a criação de perfis psicológicos ajustados a cada função, à definição de métodos úteis para a seleção da melhor pessoa para o perfil criado à priori, até à entrada da pessoa na organização e sua, devida, socialização e acolhimento.

Objectives

1. Manage ethical and legal questions.

2. Aknowledge different methos in recrutiment and selection.

3. Develop a process of recruitment and selection.

4. Evaluate the quality of the process.

5. Elaborate final reports.

 

Teaching methodologies and assessment

Expository and active method: all classes will be theoretical-practical (TP), with the aim of presenting the fundamental concepts and showing the existing problems and solutions, while allowing their discussion. Throughout the course, through a portfolio methodology, students apply their knowledge through the design of an applied recruitment and selection process. Complement: visit to a recruitment and selection center and tutorials.
