Technology and globalization require that leaders have skills not only of self-leadership, but also of a deep understanding of the motivation of individuals, in order to develop strategies that involve promoting leadership in all the people they lead. Organizational governance has become increasingly important, as investor and consumer confidence in companies is no longer based solely on their financial performance or on their products and services.
