Teaching methodologies and assessment

The teaching methodology is based on an iterative cycle of knowledge construction, starting with the expository method by the faculty complemented by a call for student participation through exercises.

The assessment of this course is continuous and will take into account the following parameters:

             45% - Group Work;

             55% - Individual work.

The assessments published in Moodle will have more details regarding the objectives and evaluation of each work.

Students must attend at least 70% of classes. Participation in the presentation of works is mandatory.

The assessment by exam (Recourse and Special Seasons) will take into account the following parameters:

60% - Practical component to be communicated to the student;

40% - Theoretical component to be developed and delivered on the scheduled date.

Due to its practical nature this curricular unit does not provide for the oral exam.
