Qualification requirements and regulations


Candidates should have completed secondary school or equivalent qualification. Under current legislation any course of secondary education is qualification enough to compete.
The applicant must submit proof of completion of the national survey of the discipline that the establishment has taken as proof of admission to the course they want to apply and meet the minimum score of 95 points.

Objectives

The 1st cycle degree in Management and Development of Human Resources promote the autonomy and accountability of its students, as regards the choice of subjects that will set their skills, as well as the international mobility of the students.

The degree also aims to respond to rapid developments in the Human Resources function in the current socio-economic context of the knowledge society and its demands on the management of human capital in organizations. In the new paradigm of human resource management, the core task is the definition of management strategies and human capital development; these and will require the full integration of human resource professionals in the organization and its strategies regarding the challenges it faces: social turbulence , innovation and global competitiveness.
Based on these principles, the Management Education and Human Resources Development is an essential way for students to achieve high levels of quality and excellence:

Occupacional Profiles

The 1st cycle Diploma opens the student to a course of professionalization, which integrates the functions of assistant of human resources, superior technician of human resources and the opportunity to progress in studies of second cycle (master).
