Above all, the basic concern of this Program focuses on training undergraduates who are integrated in a context characterized by profound changes, to take a proactive approach and thus present themselves as the true agents of change.

Besides the instrumental skills (expertise), the Undergraduates in Management should havecognitive skills (the ability to interpret the events occurring around them, to understand the position of others and to understand appropriate standards of behavior) and relational skills (ability to listen, to encourage participation and teamwork).
In this sense, seeking to equip their graduates for new skills - ability to anticipate and adapt to change, flexibility and functional flexibility, interpersonal relationships, among others - the Degree in Management is seeking to help them have a wide range of functions to run, including planning functions at all levels of organization (eg: strategic, tactical, financial, trade and production, human resources).
